Hell or High Water

David Mackenzie directs this dramatic thriller, based on a screenplay by Taylor Sheridan. Starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster, Katy Mixon and Jeff Bridges. A parent recently divorced discovers that his family farm in West Texas is in danger. Desperate and not knowing where to turn, he will meet his brother, an ex-convict who is willing to do anything to be able to help his brother. The two characters begin a dangerous adventure, even resorting to desperate measures fully. It will be a personal discovery that will teach them that blood ties are not broken under any circumstances and where trust is a privilege that very few can say to have it. Do they both get to save the big family or die in the attempt? Nominated in Cannes in the 'Un Certain Regard' section.
