The new film by director Trudie Styler is 'Freak Show', a dramatic comedy which is scheduled to premiere in cinemas next June 22nd, 2018. In it we are introduced to the life of Billy Bloom, played by Alex Lawther, a teenager with a lot of personality and away from the usual canons that will have to face the prejudices of an ultraconservative high school. In spite of the difficulties, Billy will show himself as he feels, coming to present himself as the queen of the prom. In addition to Alex Lawther the cast of 'Freak Show' is completed by Abigail Breslin as Lynette, AnnaSophia Robb as Blah Blah Blah, Laverne Cox, Willa Fitzgerald and Bette Midler. The screenplay is written by Patrick J. Clifton and Beth Rigazio, based in James St. James's novel.
