It has become the first port where thousands of immigrants from Africa and the Middle East come to try to form a new life in Europe with the hope of improving their quality of life. Rosi brings a nearby story, since spent several months living on the Mediterranean island, recording the history, culture and everyday reality of a total of approximately 6,000 people who are currently part of the local population. The documentary focuses on a 12 -year-old Samuel, who loves to hunt in the deepest area and spend time thinking he comes from a culture steeped sea.
