In a frightening future, history is rewritten and now firefighters must burn the books by order of the government. The plot revolves around a young firefighter named Guy Montag (played by Michael B. Jordan) who after meeting Clarisse McClellan (played by Sofia Boutella), the girl who lives next to his house, begins to question their acts, to consider whether the books are good or not and to reflect on whether he is happy with his way of life. Confused, he decides to steal a book when they are in the burning of a thing, the problem is that days later, Clarisse disappears. Montag will rebel against society and its role, even with its mentor.
