Evil Dead Rise

'Evil Dead Rise' features Elli and Beth, two sisters played by Lily Sullivan ('I Met a Girl' or 'Barkskins') and Alyssa Sutherland ('The Fog' or 'Vikings') who reunite after being long separated. One of them, Elli, mother of a girl and a boy, is possessed by a demon that possesses flesh. This situation pushes them to confront each other and fight a primitive battle for survival, while facing a family version worse than any imaginable nightmare. In addition, Beth will endorse her maternal instinct by having the responsibility now to protect her nephews from her own mother.

The production companies New Line Cinema and Renaissance Pictures present the return of the saga with 'Evil Dead Rise', scripted and directed again by Lee Cronin ('The Hole in the Ground'). Apart from Lily Sullivan and Alyssa Sutherland, the cast features Morgan Davies ('Storm Boy' or 'The End`) and Gabrielle Echols ('Reminiscence') along with the addition of Nell Fisher ('Northspur'). Produced by Rob Tapert ('Ash vs evil dead' or 'Don't Breathe') executive produced by Sam Raimi, creator of the series and icon of terror; Bruce Campbell, who played the legend 'Ash'; along with John Keville, Macdara Kelleher, Richard Brener, Dave Neustadter, Romel Adam and Victoria Palmieri.
