Entre la vida y la muerte

Leo Castaneda (Antonio de la Torre) is a Spaniard living in Brussels (Belgium), where he works as a subway driver. One night, Leo witnesses the suicide of Hugo, his son, of whom he had not heard anything for more than two years. After this traumatic event, Leo begins to investigate the reasons that led to the death of his son and ends up discovering that he was involved in a robbery. The search for answers will lead him to a dangerous investigation and to face his own past.

The film was directed and written by Giordano Gederlini and produced by Jean-Yves Roubin, Cassandre Warnauts and Jérôme Vidal, with original music by Laurent Garnier. 'Entre la vida y la muerte' is an urban thriller starring veteran Antonio de la Torre ('Balada triste de trompeta', 'Tarde para la ira'), winner of two Goya awards and fourteen nominations. He is joined in the cast by Marine Vacth, Olivier Gourmet, Tibo Vandenborre, Fabrice Adde, Nessbeal, Alexandre Bouyer, Lila Jonas, Marie Papillon, Noé Englebert, Christophe Seureau, Vadiel Gonzalez Lardued and Wim Willaert.

It is a co-production between Belgium, France and Spain. The companies behind the film are Frakas Productions, Noodles Production and Fasten Films. It is distributed by Condor in France and Filmax in Spain.
