Directed again by Harry Bradbeer, with a screenplay by Jack Thorner, and based on the story by Harry Bradbeer & Jack Thorne, 'Enola Holmes 2' is the sequel to the Netflix hit released in 2022, which once again features Millie Bobby Brown ( 'Stranger Things') as protagonist and producer. After the success of her first case, Enola Holmes (Brown) follows in the footsteps of her famous brother, Sherlock (Henry Cavill), and decides to open her own detective agency. Although she is full of enthusiasm for her new endeavour, Enola will soon discover that life as a female detective for hire is not as easy as it seemed. Resigned to accept reality as an adult and about to close the business, a young penniless match girl offers Enola her first official job: to find the whereabouts of her missing sister. However, the case, simple at first glance, turns out to be much more complex than expected, plunging the young detective into a dangerous new world that takes her from the sinister factories of London and the colorful music halls, to the most high levels of society and even 221B Baker Street. Meanwhile, the sparks of a deadly conspiracy ignite and Enola must enlist the help of her allies - and her own brother - to solve the new mystery. Joining Brown and Cavill in the cast are David Thewlis, Louis Partridge, Susan Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, Sharon Duncan-Brewster and Helena Bonham Carter.
