Endless

'Endless' is an American romantic teen drama directed by Scott Speer and starring Alexandra Shipp and Nicholas Hamilton. It had a limited theatrical release in the US before being distributed in video-on-demand.

Chris (Hamilton) and Riley (Shipp) are two teenagers on the same High School but very different to each other. She is the smart one who wants to follow the family footsteps and go to law school, while he almost doesn't graduate and doesn't know what to do with his life. However, love arises between the pair and they become inseparable. At a party, the couple discover that she has been admitted to Georgetown, which worries Chris that thinks Riley should have followed her passion, not her fathers. He doesn't know what will happed to their love story, when they will be miles apart.

Unfortunately, coming back from the party, the couple suffers a car accident and Chris is killed in it. But he finishes stuck in limbo where he learns how to communicate with Riley telepathically. After knowing where Chris is, Riley starts to loose interest in the world of the living to be with his loved one. But as it happens in real life, she will have to learn to let go and get closure.

Meanwhile, a police investigation tries to clarify who is responsible for Chris's death, and Riley finds herself involved as a suspect.
