A Tragic Life
Enrique Granados was one of the Spanish composers that was linked to the modernist movements. Creator of the famous suite and opera 'Goyescas', the composer died tragically in the wreck of the ship Sussex, in the English Channel, when it was torpedoed by the German army during the First World War.

With 'El amor y la muerte', Arantxa Aguirre offers her second tribute in the form of a documentary to an important Spanish composer. The first was 'Una rosa para Soler', dedicated to Antonio Soler, the second is 'El amor y la muerte', dedicated to Enrique Granados.
