Don't Look Up

Adam McKay, the director of 'The Big Short' and 'Vice' among others, directs and writes for Netflix his new comedy: 'Don't Look Up'. This satire has an amazing cast starring Jennfer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio and Meryl Streep. Lawrence, in her first role since 'X-Men: Dark Phoenix', plays Kate Dibiasky, an Astronomy student who discovers alongside her professor (Leonardo DiCaprio) that a comet is coming towards the Earth. When they tell the authorities, President Orlean (Meryl Streep) decides to do absolutely nothing. The scientists will do everything they can to make society aware of the very real danger they face while the President creates the movement 'Don't Look Up'. The cast also features Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Tyler Perry, Rob Morgan, Mark Rylance, Ron Perlman, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi, Himesh Patel, Melanie Lynskey, Michael Chiklis and Tomer Sisley. Netflix will show 'Don't Look Up' first in cinemas and after that it will launch on streaming on December 24th.
