Dismantling an Elephant

Marga is a successful architect who returns home after spending two months in a detox center due to serious addiction problems, which her family preferred to live with in silence as if nothing was happening and avoided the topic. Upon her arrival, Marga tries to make everything go back to how it was before she left, but her youngest daughter Blanca dedicates too much time and attention to her. Thus, Blanca will see that this intense care is affecting both her personal relationships and her dream of gaining recognition in dance. On the other hand, Félix tries to keep a distance, but little by little he will have to get involved in a spiral of tensions with the family. After that year in silence, "the elephant" remains in the room as big as ever, but the difference is that now everyone can see it.

This drama is directed by Aitor Echevarría ('Morir cada día'), who also co-writes the script with Pep Garrido, and stars Emma Suárez (winner of three Goya Awards) in the role of Marga and Natalia de Molina (winner of two Goya Awards) playing Blanca. They are joined in the cast by Darío Grandinetti ('Talk to Her') and Alba Guilera ('The Teacher Who Promised the Sea').
