Plot
A musical re-imagining of the 1987 film, 'Dirty Dancing'. Johnny Castle is an accomplished dance teacher and consummate lover. Baby Houseman is an idealistic and innocent teenager. Both coincide in a mountain hotel during the summer holidays: she as a guest, he as teacher and center dancer. When the young woman sees the dancer, she is fascinated by him in spite of the social differences between them and an atmosphere of accomplishment is formed between the two of them through the dance. When a committed situation takes him away from his father, Baby and Johnny embark on a journey together in which she discovers sex and him love and trust.
The film, which focuses on the early 1960s, highlights the differences between the working class and the American upper middle class, the beginning of the breakdown of social norms and the awakening of sexual freedom sponsored by music Warmer and more inspiring.

Trivia
Jennifer Gray
Jennifer Grey, who starred as Baby in 'Dirty Dancing' (1987), turned down a role in this remake of the original film. When asked her reasons for declining, Grey said: "I was asked to do something on that show and I was flattered because I always want to be asked because it's nice to want to be included. But for me, it would be sacrosanct for me to do it because it didn't feel appropriate to me. It feels like if you're going to do your own thing, do your own thing. I wouldn't say [what role was offered] but I will tell you, it wasn't Baby!"
