Jake Gyllenhaal stars in this dramatic comedy, playing the role of David Mitchell , a successful investment banker struggling to overcome the loss of his wife after a tragic car accident. David begins to write letters of complaint to a vending company. In them not only expressed his disagreement with the course service but also personal revelations. Karen, a customer service worker, begins to take an interest in these letters and contact with David. Both begin an emotionally charged relationship, but also marked by finance.
