Dead on Arrival

A mystery happens in the city and it seems that nobody is able to see. Frank Bigelow is the protagonist of what looks like a crazy story of suspense and mystery, breaking into the police office, reports that he has been the victim of a murder. Those present, and especially the Chief Commissioner, at first they can't believe his story and take him like crazy man. Bigelow will begin to tell his story to give credibility and consistency to the events narrated. The police begin to believe in the word of Bigelow, since they will found many assumptions that will indicate that the victim doesn't lie. The Commissioner then will worry about his city, a murder roams the city with the intention of returning to attack any innocent victim. Cardinal Pictures originally released in the 50s, didn't renew the rights in 1977, it's now in the public domain.
