Crayon Shin-chan ankoku tamatama daitsuiseki

The lost balls are objects with a great power that, united, can unleash the chaos in the world. Two rival bands (the Cataplines and the Tamayuras) seek to gain control of the balls. The former want to invoke the Evil One, and the latter seek to prevent evil from spreading everywhere. The coincidence makes one of the balls reach the hands of Shin chan, which causes his family to have to ally with a police apprentice with no sense of marksmanship, and with the band of the Mariconchis, formed by three bizarre transvestites.
