An intelligent thieves (Frank Grillo) tries to reformulate an escape plan that isn't going too well. On the run from a deadly professional hit man (Gerard Butler) he decides to go to a small town police station, hiding behind bars with nowhere else to go. However, when the hitman enters the scene, an unexpected rookie cop (Alexis Louder) finds herself in the middle of the two. The film is directed by Joe Carnahan, produced by G-BASE, Sculptor Media , WarParty Films and Zero Gravity Management, written by Kurt McLeod and Joe Carnahan, and with an original story by Mark Williams and Kurt McLeod. The rest of the cast includes Toby Huss, Ryan O'Nan, Tait Fletcher, Keith Jardine, Vanita Kalra, Robert Walker Branchaud, Kaiwi Lyman, Yvette Fazio-Delaney, David Vaughn, Armida Lopez, Christopher Michael Holley, Marshall Cook, Marco Morales, J. R. Adduci, Alex Rush, Chris Kleckner, Nikki Shatz, Maximo Duran, and Darlene Kellum. Variety says of it that "It's a processed steak genre meat with the sauce occasionally served in ornate patterns. It's unhealthy and synthetic, but it fills you up," while Empire says that "Thriller simple and effective, it's pure '70s pulp action." It offers few novelties, but has enough energy and vig". The director of photography is Juan Miguel Azpiroz.
