Plot
A group of five old bests friends meet in the town of Champagne, in northern France, for the bachelor party of one of them, Patrick. Everything seems to be going smoothly until the group of friends discovers that Patrick's fiancée, Christine, is also going to spend her last night of being single in the same place. Patrick and his friends have known each other for thirty years, he knew them before he started dating Christine. Her relationship with her fiancé's gang has gone through more lows than highs up to now, the moment in which the engaged couple decides to unite their lives forever.
As for the cast, the engaged are played by Stéphane De Groodt ('A people and their king') and Claire Chust ('Troubles'). The rest of the gang of friends are incarnated by: Eric Elmosnino, actor in 'The Bélier Family'; Elsa Zylberstein from 'I Wish Someone Were Waiting for Me Somewhere'; François-Xavier Demaison, 'Little Nicholas'; Stéfi Celma actress in 'The Squad' and lastly Sylvie Testud from 'The Wedding Unplanner'.
Nicolas Vanier is its director, the co-scriptwriter (together with Xavier Nemo) adds with this his eleventh feature film in a list of titles presided over by the prime opera 'Belle and Sebastián' released in 2013. The comedy 'Champagne!' joins other credits of the director like 'Poly' or Iditarod: 'The Last Great Race on Earth'
