Cervantes: La búsqueda

After 400 years of Cervantes death, one of the most worldwide recognized writer thanks to his novel 'Don Quixote', this documentary releases. Directed by Javier Balaguer has three main objectives: to entertain, to document a historical process and allow each one draw their own conclusions.

Mixing fiction and reality, the documentary begins with exploration at the Convent of the Trinity. Besides explain the phases of excavation and discover his facets hitherto less known by society about the author, also claims Madrid "Letras" district, the cradle of inspiration for Calderon, Lope de Vega, Quevedo and many other writers. The fictional part is starring Ramón Barea and Ginés García Millán.
