The film tells the story of how Richard Carson, an ambitious billionaire, wants to hijack the Moon and exploit the power clean and actual energy of the future, the Helium 3. To do this, you must erase from history the exploits of the Apollo astronauts XI and his famous first steps on the moon. The only one able to prevent them get away with it is a sympathetic and determined surfer twelve, Mike Goldwing, with the help of his friends Marty, Amy, Mike's grandfather and a peculiar iguana.
