Borg vs McEnroe

Directed by Janus Metz Pedersen, 'Borg' is a film that portrays the story of one of the greatest icons in the world of sport and more specifically of tennis, the Swedish tennis player Björn Borg. The plot will revolve around this sportsman and his toughest rival, the American tennis player John McEnroe. Set in 1980 we will see how these two tennis titans will face each other in their legendary duel in Wimbledon. A story that tells how two men who were passionate about their profession and the price they had to pay to become legends. Also the film will represent how this famous match changed the way we see tennis. The film stars Sverrir Gudnason to play the amazing Borg and with Shia Labeouf to portray the defiant McEnroe.
