Body Electric

After helming various short films, Brazilian director Marcelo Caetano debuts on the feature film with 'Body Electric'. The film tells the story of Elías, a young worker at a Sao Paulo factory who likes to design clothing. The sea inhabits his dreams while he spends the days between work and meetings with men. After spending a night working overtime, Elías and his work partners will go get some beers and the night will become a release for all of them. Relationships between them will get complicated and Elías will have to decide if a work partner can become a lover. 'Body Electric' wants to deliver a portrait of the life of the LGBT+ community in Brazil, and earned the Magüey Award at the Guadalajara International Film Festival.
