Blood Father

'Blood Father' is an action film directed by French filmmaker Jean-François Richet starring Mel Gibson as the main character alongside William H. Macy and Diego Luna.

The film explores the life of John Link, an ex-convict tattoo artist with a tormented past because of his drug and alcohol abuse and his problems with the law. After accomplish his jail sentence he will have to face another dangerous destiny as a drug cartel starts chasing his own daughter after her boyfriend lied and framed her for stealing money from them. As they reunited after years without seeing each other, John will make up for being a screw-up of a dad by protecting his daughter from danger. He will do whatever it takes to keep her safe.
