Blanquita

Blanca is an eighteen-year-old girl who lives in a foster home for minors run by Father Manuel. She is the ultimate and key witness in a huge scandal involving children, politicians and millionaire men who participate in sex parties. Blanca is completely in the spotlight of the press. However, the more questions those close to the case ask, the less clear it becomes exactly what role young Blanca has played in the scandal.

The film is a co-production between the countries of Chile, Mexico, Luxembourg, France, and Poland. Filmmaker Fernando Guzzoni, nominated at the San Sebastian Festival for the Golden Shell and the Sebastiane Award for 'Jesus', wrote the screenplay and directed the film. In addition, his film 'Blanquita' has won awards at the Venice Film Festival, the Palm Springs Film Festival and the Huelva Latin American Film Festival.

Laura Lopez plays the protagonist in what is her cinematographic debut. The rest of the cast includes actors and actresses as Alejandro Goic, Amparo Noguera, Marcelo Alonso, Daniela Ramirez, Ariel Grandon, Katy Cabezas and Nicolas Duran. Blanquita' is produced by Giancarlo Nasi in co-production with Pablo Zimbrón, Donato Rotunno, Pascal Guerrín, Yves Darondeau, Emmanuel Priou and Beata Rzezniczek.
