Black Souls

In a small village of the region of Calabria, in southern Italy, the Carbone Brothers has been living for years of the lucrative family business: drug trafficking. Luciano (Fabrizio Ferracane) is the largest and lives far away from the rest of the family while trying to stay out of the dirty business, until his son Leo (Giuseppe smoke) begins to approach his charismatic uncle Luigi (Marco Leonardi) and his shady business. When one night Leo loses control, the three brothers are forced to join again to defend the honor and the lives of the family. This Pasinetti Award winner for best film at the Venice Film Festival 2014, is directed by Francesco Munzi filmmaker known for 'Il resto della notte'.
