Black Beach

'Black Beach' is an action thriller that aims to be a straightforward and gritty redemption story. Carlos (Raúl Arévalo) is a senior executive who is about to become a partner in a large company. At that crucial moment in his career, he was commissioned to mediate in the kidnapping of the engineer of an American oil company that took place in Africa. This incident is putting in danger the signing of a millionaire contract in the company for which he works.

Carlos moves to Equatorial Africa and on this trip he will have to face the consequences of his actions in the past, when he was a cooperator in the country and he will have to choose between his personal and professional interests because the first time he managed to leave there everything changed for him. always and what before filled and gave meaning to his life has been upset.

The cast is completed by Paulina García, Candela Peña and Melina Matthews. Directed by Esteban Crespo ('Amar'), who also signs the script with David Moreno. 'Black Beach' takes its name from a cruelly mythical prison in Equatorial Africa of which true atrocities are told and from which, if you are lucky enough to leave, you will never be the same person again. The film was shot in Ghana, Brussels, the Canary Islands, Toledo and Madrid.
