Plot
George Woodhouse (Michael Fassbender) is a secret agent who protects his country from all kind of threats. Even though, he must learn to balance his professional life with his privacy, as he is happily married to Kathryn (Cate Blanchett). However, there is a trick behind their relationship: she is also a double agent, so they must live with each other while avoiding sharing anything that could damage their work situation.
When time comes, they establish a code: 'black bag'. Kathryn works for a different agency than her husband, so she observes him without him realizing it, and vice versa. The dilemma arises when George's superiors reveal to him that there is a mole in his office who has stolen an object that could endanger the lives of thousands of people.
The protagonist decides to find out who it is within a tight deadline of one week, but he suddenly finds himself cornered when he discovers that the main suspect is his wife. What will prevail, his marriage or his job? 'Black Bag' is a film directed by Steven Soderbergh (director of 'Traffic') and written by David Koepp (who has written the 'Jurassic Park''s screenplay). Universal Pictures and Focus Pictures are distributing the title in Spain, arriving in national theaters on April 16.
