Back in action

'Back in Action' presents the story of Emily and Matt, a couple who live happily with the family they have formed. In order to have children, they were forced to give up their jobs because it was dangerous and, to say the least, curious. Both were CIA spies, but that life was left behind the moment they quit, or so they thought. When they least expect it, their cover is blown, and it is at that moment that they find themselves dragged back into the world of espionage.

The film has been directed by Seth Gordon, whose work we know from other feature films like 'Horrible Bosses,' where he also collaborates on the script alongside Brendan O'Brien, who is known for 'Neighbors.' This film marks the return to the industry of Cameron Diaz, who reunites on the big screen with Jamie Foxx 10 years after both starred in 'Annie.' The cast also includes other names such as Glenn Close, known for her role in major films like 'Fatal Attraction,' Kyle Chandler, whose role in 'Friday Night Lights' earned him an Emmy Award, Andrew Scott, recognized for his role as a priest in 'Fleabag,' and Jamie Demetriou, who also participated in 'Fleabag' and other major productions like 'Barbie' and 'Paddington 2.'

A film that mixes comedy and action, where we can once again enjoy Diaz's work and the iconic duo she forms on screen with Foxx.
