This documentary produced by A&E Indie Films and distributed by Amazon Video tells the unbelievable story of author Jeremiah Terminator LeRoy, a literary persona created by real writer Laura Albert. Since her first published novel 'Sarah' Albert developed a character that made people believe it was the real author of her books. For years LeRoy attended literary conventions and made many public apperances. However an exposé in a newspaper in 2005 revealed that Laura palmer was the real author and LeRoy never existed. Soon after LeRoy's agent and movie producer, Ira Silverberger admitted that the person acting up as LeRoy in public was in fact a woman named Savannah Knoop.
