"Assassination Nation" is a film directed by Sam Levinson that focuses on four young teenagers whose life takes place in the underworld of a town, Salem. The lives of these four people take a turn when they become the focus of media attention when an anonymous hacker leaks personal information from them and from the other residents of the village. This anonymous hacker is dedicated to terrorize the entire town by showing the most intimate and private details of its residents, provoking the collective hysteria of the countrymen and unleashing a wave of violence and vandalism due to the gossip that arises when dealing with such delicate personal information as the one filtering the anonymous hacker.
