Asher

Starring Ron Perlman ('Hellboy'), who also produces the film, 'Asher' debuted on the Spanish Film Festival of Sitges. The film tells the story of a man named Asher, a former member of the Israeli Mossad, the intelligence and counter-terrorism agency. After leaving his old job, Asher becomes a hitman living a wealthy good life in Brooklyn, New York.

Old and tired, he is approaching the end of his career, and possibly his own life. But everything takes a bad turn for the soldier-turned-assassin when on one of his last jobs; Asher breaks a promise, part of his oath he made when he was young. The situation gets even worse for him when he meets Sophie (Famke Jensen), the woman he wants to be with for the rest of his life, far from all the violence.

But, in order to become the man he wants to be, he will have to kill the man that he once was.
