In this documentary, director Alethea Arnaquq-Baril gets close to the inuit people, which she is part of, in order to provide them with a voice they usually lack. The film presents the impact produced on the inuit economy by campaigns against seal hunt. Arnaquq-Baril puts her family and friends in front of the camera to denounce how dependent inuit people is of seal hunt, since it is the basis of their way of living. Overmore, she points directly at NGOs for animal rights because they omit the lifestyle of people such as inuit. Arnaquq-Baril uses this documentary to present inuits as modern citizens who just need a way to mantain their economy. The movie has been awarded several times in Canada and also at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
