Andrea Motis, the Silent Trumpet

Andrea Motis has spent her whole life playing the trumpet. When she was 14, the famous Music Enterprise Blue Note called on her door, but she had to turn down their offer. At 16, the same story happened with Universal. But it was when she was 21 when she decided to begin her career in international jazz. This documentary has followed the music player for a year, in which she has recorded her first CD in New York. In this year, Andrea will reveal herself as a simple girl, recording in a studio in the morning and eating from a Tupper in the afternoon, not seeking for the fame, but seeking for enjoying the present.
