Carmen, who has always known that she was an adopted daughter, decides to look for her biological mother after the death of her adoptive mother. She wants to close the duel and recover memories, so she embarks on a journey of searching for her real mother with the only clue of her name.

The director of this documentary, Carmen Torres, portrays her own true story, in which she reflects on the relationships between mothers and daughters, and what it means to each thing.
