Amanda Knox

Nobody knows the whole truth about the case. Amanda Knox became the center of attention of every news medium in the world when in 2007 she was involved in the murder and rape of her british roommate Meredith Kercher. They both were on an exchange program in Italy and the case shook the world. On a mystery without enough evidence, contradictory testimony from the witness and accused and only three suspects (Amanda, her boyfriend at that time Rafaele Sollecito and a friend) the case was never fully solved and in fact Amanda was in prison and then liberated on two occasions.

Almost ten years later, this Netflix original documentary will try to dwell deeper in the truth, showing never before seen footage. It is directed by Rod Blackhurst and Brian McGinn and produced by Mette Heide.
