The hamlet means family, a clan that has its roots in the deepest of the inherited knowledge for centuries. The family is the place where two worlds collide, where the bond between fathers and sons breaks. The sons of Tomás and Isabel experiment the conflict between the old and the new world. How is it to live in the city without turning the back to the hamlet, how to break free of it without breaking that chain of knowledge, how to choose your way without betraying your ancestors. That's the conflict of Amaia, who faces the conflict through art.
