Alors on danse

'Alors on danse' is the new film directed by the filmmaker Michèle Laroque, and is the French remake of the British romantic comedy, 'Finding Your Feet', by director Richard Loncraine. This French version tells us the story of Sandra, a woman who discovers her husband's infidelity after 30 years of marriage. But the worst of all is not only that he cheats on her, but that he is unfaithful to her with her best friend. This causes Sandra to decide to immediately leave her husband and divorce him. Thanks to this decision and repentant change in her life, the woman will have no other choice and she must return to the home where she spent her childhood, where Danie now lives, the sister of our protagonist. However, coexistence between the two sisters will not be easy, and they will have more differences in common than affinities. Even so, there is something that unites them completely: dancing. The dance will be lost in the escape route of both women and in their new way of living life.

The main cast is made up of the director herself, Michèle Laroque, who plays Sandra, along with Isabelle Nanty who plays her sister Danie, as well as Thierry Lhermitte, who plays Lucien, and Patrick Timsit, who plays Roberto. The cast is completed by Jeanne Balibar, Antoine Duléry and Catherine Demaiffe, among others.
