Alguien que cuide de mí

Nora is a young actress with a promising future ahead. With a Goya, her career is in full swing, and she has no better people to share her dream with than with her mother Cecilia and her grandmother Lilith, both actresses who have also inspired the young woman. The problem is, Cecilia and Lilith don't get along as well as Nora. Lilith is a now retired actress who reigned for decades as a great lady of the theater, while Cecilia's career has not been as expended as her mother's, nor as her daughter's. This will take Cecilia to a point where jealousy and misunderstood love will discover secrets that have marked the lives of all three without knowing it.

'Alguien que cuide de mí' is a film co-written and co-directed by Elvira Lindo ('La primera noche de mi vida') and Daniela Fejerman ('A mi madre le gustan las mujeres'). Starring mainly a cast of women formed by Aura Garrido ('El Ministerio del Tiempo'), Emma Suárez ('Julieta ') y Magüi Mira ('Teresa de Jesús'), accompanied by Pedro Mari Sánchez 'La gran familia'), Francesc Garrido ('La novia gitana') y Víctor Clavijo ('Servir y proteger') among others. The film opened the Malaga Film Festival, will participate in the next edition of the Barcelona-Sant Jordi International Film Festival and premiere in cinemas on 28 April.
