Alberto García-Alix. La línea de sombra

Documentary that tells the life of one of the photographers with the most trajectory and of the most influential who have been born in Spain: Alberto García-Alix. Thanks to him, with a story that starts from his own study, we will be able to know the lights and shadows that have populated the path of the Leonese until arriving at what is today. The film addresses both its past and its present. His life has never been disconnected from his artistic work, and vice versa. The film is in black and white, in accordance with the photographic aesthetics that the Spanish author has always wasted. It was presented at the San Sebastian International Film Festival in 2017. The documentary was directed by Nicolas Combarro, who until then had only directed shorts like 'Extranjero de mí mismo' or 'Mi alma de cazador en juego'.
