A Score to Settle

Frank ?Frankie Fingers? Carver is an ex-enforcer for a local crime syndicate. He has been in prison nineteen years for a crime he never committed and now he has his mind set to get revenge on his bosses. Being locked up was make him have severe health problems. Even though he was sentenced for a lifetime, Frank is set free when he is diagnosed with a severe illness. He is dying and he wants to get revenge before he is gone. The only thing that keeps Frank from going after his bosses is the new relationship he is forming with his beloved son Joey. Frank wants to make up for the lost time spending time together and buying his son expensive and extravagant gifts. Despite his efforts, Frank can't help himself and he goes back to the criminal ambiance. He gets involved with the criminals that sent with to prison.

This film is directed by Shawn Wu, acclaimed director for his work in 'Beautiful Boy' in 2010 which won an award in Toronto International Film Festival.
