A Midsummer Night's Dream

Directed by Michael Hoffman and starring Kevin Kline, Michelle Pfeiffer, Stanley Tucci, Calista Flockhart, Rupert Everett, Christian Bale and Dominic West. This revision of the classic William Shakespeare tells the story of Duke Theseus, who is finalizing preparations for the wedding of Hippolyta, his daughter. While giving the finishing touches to highly anticipated event, Theseus recommended Aegean to give his blessing to another link of his daughter Hermia to Demetrius. However, what Aegean didn't know that Hermia is madly in love with Lysander, while her friend Helena loves passionately Demetrius. To make matters worse, in this romantic entanglement they will be haunted forest fairy and elves, as Puck, making potions with a flower that has the ability to cause immediate love at first person someone sees. This will complicate even more this comedy full of tangles.
