Plot
'20th Century Women' tells the story of three women who explore love and freedom in Southern California during the late 1970s. Is starred by Annette Bening, who plays Dorothea, a creature of habits: she smokes Salem cigarettes, she wears Birkenstock shoes, she checks the newspaper every morning and then she enlists the help of her young son. It's a movie full of gorgeous moments with profound thougts on family and identity. Directed by Mike Mills, is the kind of comedy which makes laugh because of the familiar situations that happens in their lives. This film has two nominations on Golden Globes, including Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, and Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, thanks to the performance of Annette Bening.
