Estonian film by Elmo Nüganen. The film tells some of the events that took place in Estonia in World War II. The action takes place around two major battles: the Tannenberg line and Narva. The military confrontation began facing the Nazi army and the Soviet, who fought for the strategic importance of Narva in the summer of 1944. The battle was fought on the eastern front, forcing them to live this harsh reality not only the Estonian soldiers , but also their loved ones. Estonians were divided between the Russian Red Army and German Waffen SS, so two brothers fighting on opposite sides are facing.
